Prepare Hair for the Big Day

All brides want to look stunning on their wedding day, and be dazzling walking down the aisle with all admiring eyes on her.  Hair design is as important as the art of makeup and choosing that perfect dress. The total look without the most fantastic hair style will not give you that “Wow” factor.  The bride hairstyle has to have the correct height and style which will compliment her beautiful face and dress.

Select Your Hair Stylist

Once you are engaged, start looking for your desire hair stylist and makeup artist.  Unless your personal hair stylist specializes in weddings, with experience and skills for the big day.  Research their expertise and visit their website to view their portfolio of past works and see if they have great reviews from previous clients.

As soon as you find your ideal hair and makeup artist, make sure to reserve your appointment 

well in advance.  This will allow your artist to view your styles to see whether you need to grow your hair, shape it, color it, or undergo treatments to make it look more healthy, so the perfect style can be accomplish.

Featured Engagement – Wayne and Shirley

Wayne and Shirley have a great sense of humor and are just plain fun to be around, so this engagement session was a blast!

Wayne proposed to Shirley in Paris at the Eiffel Tower (very romantic), so they were attracted to the European feel that the Getty Villa provides. One of their favorite pastimes is doing a little social drinking at a nice bar, so after the Getty, we hit the bar at the Viceroy and had a great time! We finished up their session at sunset at the Santa Monica pier – the perfect end to a great engagement session. We received an awesome card in the mail form Shirley and Wayne about their experience with us on their e-session. We have the best clients ever!

We’re psyched to be featured again by Style Me Pretty on both their facebook page and website! SMP loved the locations, photography, and of course the great looking couple!
